PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Dear Sir/Madam, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code), which replaced Law no. 675/1996, the processing of your personal data will be carried out in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency, and with full respect for your privacy and your rights.

The data voluntarily provided by you will be processed, within the limits of the privacy regulations, for the following purposes: storage of customer data for possible communications and contacts.

The provision of data relating to your first name, last name, address, telephone number and email address is mandatory in order to provide you with the requested services, and any refusal to provide such data may result in the partial or complete inability to deliver the service provided by Ranking Road Italia Srl.

The provision of telephone and email contact details is intended to allow Ranking Road Italia to inform and update you about its activities and the services available to our clients.

Personal data will not be used for the sending of advertising material, promotions or similar purposes without the prior explicit consent of the data subject.

Please note that personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of political parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature, as well as data concerning health and sexual life, are considered sensitive data. Such data, together with any judicial data voluntarily provided by you, will not be processed without your explicit written consent.

The data controller is Ranking Road Italia Srl, with registered office at Via Emilia Est, 216/A – 43123 Parma, Italy.

The data processing takes place at the above-mentioned premises and is carried out only by authorized personnel.

At any time, you may exercise your rights with respect to the data controller pursuant to Article 7 of the Privacy Code (formerly Article 13 of Law no. 675/1996). In particular, you may request confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning you; obtain without delay communication of such data and their origin in an intelligible form; request the deletion, anonymization or blocking of data processed in violation of the law; request the updating, rectification or integration of data; obtain certification that the aforementioned operations have been notified to the parties to whom the data were disclosed, except where this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort; and object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection.
